I actually like Dr. Smith, but he screwed up my wife's shoulder. She went down to USC and the doctor's were horrified as he used a very old technique that is known to cause permanent damage. He had previously done a knee surgery on me and did a good job. I also think that working with his wife has hindered him. I also like Kathy (office manager and wife), but she is inappropriate, hoovers, and says things to Dr. Smith that is bossy. You'd never hear an office manager talk to her boss that way
