Removal of skin cancer on arm
I was taken back to the procedure area on time and made comfortable by a medical assistant and a new hire who was being trained. Both were welcoming and efficient. Dr. Crowley entered shortly after with his always present smile and welcoming bedside manner. He shared what would be taking place and asked if I had any questions. He then prepped the area and started the 30 minute procedure always asked how I was doing and if I was comfortable. All went well and we discussed post procedure protocol and made a follow up appointment.
