Seemed unconcerned
My visit to this doctor was disappointing. I am a senior. Was told by one of the two assistant s in the room to hop up on the table. Not one of them offered to help me as I was struggling. Spoke very little failed to be clear about his findings ( this was my initial visit) and then left…. As if he had a waiting room full of people which he did not! I felt ignored and unimportant.. a first for me as my other doctors are attentive and caring. He needs to go to school to learn how to treat people like humans instead of dollar signs.

Dr. Reule treated me like I was an old toaster. I gave him extensive information about sudden severe hair loss (50 percent), flaking, and itching on scalp and body. He stood with his hands in his pockets and leaned against the wall, obviously bored. I pointed out a place on my scalp where I had lost the most hair. He sighed and leaned over to look at it. Then, he said, "It's just because you're older." I'm 65. Until 4 months ago, I had unusually thick and healthy hair, so something is happening within my system. Reule seemed completely unconcerned. Then he apparently incorrectly filled out blood test orders for a nearby lab, where I went immediately after my visit. Seven vials were taken. The phlebotomist told me I was being tested for alopecia, which is a very different condition and requires different treatment than "old age" hair loss. No doubt he'll shift the blame to someone else or tell me I went to the wrong lab. I've been to that lab 4 times in 7 years. Uncommunicative, rude.

My first time for Telehealth and first time with this clinic. The consultation was perfect, all my questions were answered, just like the doctor was in the room. Getting all the new patient forms and insurance cards loaded took the most time. I will use telehealth / Zoom again, and Dr. Reule for my "skin" issues.

He was unprepared Julie the assistant couldn’t find records from my last visit to another doctor in practice. Dr Reule contradicted the previous diagnosis of his colleague who has been my dermatologist for a long time. I wasted my time and was very upset because of the poor service. I wasn’t treated.
