Terrible Dr doesn’t know what she’s doing

Horrible service they have cut their hours to three days a week, no late hours, no weekends. Service is just bad if you work dont expect an appointment unless you call out from work. They only cater to the unemployed, retired or those that just dont work.

I saw her twice, she answers her own calls which is just weird to begin with, and she's unpleasant and has a 'tone' to speak to on the phone (which, I get it, you are a MD why are you handling scheduling?). The office is not clean, over scheduled (from my years ago visits) but the main reason I am writing this is because its been like, 3? 4? years since I've been there and still receiving phone calls and messages to schedule. I finally figured out how to block a call but despite opting out of texts I still get harassed. I wish they would leave me alone. So unprofessional.

We went to Dr. Nicole for annual gynecological exam. we told her that it is covered 100% under insurance plan and we will not pay any out of pocket. She was on her own in the hospital and there was no staff and she took blood sample for my wife and ordered various tests which was not needed and did not confirmed from us that whether we want to pay out of pocket. Resultantly, she diagnosed PCO and my wife don’t have PCO as she is pregnant now. All her labs are negative and we got 2nd opinion from other doctor as well. We keep calling dr Nicole and visited personally to her clinic and she said that I will give u discount and had sent that discount to vice president of the lab corporation but when we called the lap corp, they said they don’t have any knowledge of that. There is no email of Nicole or lapcorp so that we can bring all of them on single page. Labcorp is directing us towards dr. If you can go anywhere else please do. There is little no privacy when providing information since there is only one open computer. She was rude when I booked the appointment to when I needed to review my results. When I asked her about next steps or a recommendation she state that is your job to figure out and I can not help you. After telling her that I was not straight and not planning to have children, she was uninterested in talking to me and made a face.

Horrible experience very unprofessional

this is the most unprofessional doctors office i have ever been to discusting and unprofessional staff please go somewhere else

This is the worst clinic I’ve ever being and the doctor is so disrespectful

Didn’t feel comfortable in her office. Was rushed because she had 3 pregnant patients waiting as if my appointment wasn’t a priority. Went over blood results and just told me they were fine but didn’t give details of tests ran or results. Multiple tests run just to bill my insurance company. 2 HIPPA violations (patient sign in sheet) and patient medical history intake area (1 computer around patients and staff, no privacy of information). Go see a different doctor!

Ignorance and profanity to the fullest level .

Racist, prissy, and high maintenance. Turns away patients with Horizon NJ because she says they are ghetto. Talks unprofessionally behind the backs of patients and staff. Turned me away from her care because she had a personal issue with me and not professional. Overall horrible doctor.

Careless, pathetic Doctor and staff.
