I've been going to Dr. Cicchino since my child was born. It's been seven years. We always ask to see her, She has helped us through some tough times. I don't understand anything negative because she runs on time and the one time she didn't she apologized. We understand the other children may have bigger needs than ours at a visit. Very friendly. We bring her artwork on a regular basis..

Uncomfortable
I found her to be standoffish and my child was extremely uncomfortable with her. She wasn’t the most friendly which my child picked up on and it caused her to cry many times. Didn’t have the energy that I would expect a pediatrician to have and came across a little judgmental and snobby. I felt uncomfortable with her just staring and not explaining what she is trying to assess.

I found Dr. Cicchino to be very patient listening to my children speak. They ask to see her. She is very responsive and a good listener.

Don't use this Doctor
Horrible. Had to ask nurses when she would be in and she went to another patient after we waited over 20 minutes. No apology and was rude and rushed our appointment. Have been with this practice for at least 16 years and would never go to her again.

Horrific, judgmental, unprofessional, no follow up, no concern for young adult patients. I would give her zero stars as she is why a 20 year relationship with the best ped's around has ended.
