Rachel, the nurse, forgot to schedule my appointment and told me the doctor would not see me even though the slot was still open... will not be using this doctor again

Looking for answers of why my knees swell , stiffness in hips and knees constantly. BEWARE if you are over 100 lbs Dr Cotter is very quick to blame everything on your wt. I feel that bc I did not have RA she dismissed all my symptoms and never offered any other option other than shot ,diet and exercise . She never looked at my swollen knee nor did she ask did I take calcium have I ever had a bone density or suggest some kind of treatment plan just see her prn .Waste of time. I wont be back
