Everyone from the check in staff, nurses, anesthesiologist to Dr Karanth were very attentive, friendly and professional.

Horrible experience several months ago. Didn’t return call - had issues after procedure - ended up in hospital. Dr still never called back to us or the hospital. Proceed with caution. Other better doctors out there!!!

After seeing my Primary Care Doctor July 19th for upper and lower Gi Issues. Optium care and there 3rd party portal system released my name and I was the lucky winner to received a call for Digestive Associates . The soonest appointment available was August 31 at 11:30 with DR. NIKHIL KARANTH,MD ( Please try to arrive 15 minutes to fill out paperwork). I arrived at 11:26 and was told the Doctor Left because I was late. Detail of the 3 car accident,that I'm sure he drove by or if my appointment with paperwork was actually at 11:15 . An ethical good Dr. leaving a sick visit, not for an emergency but because he could,if a patient is 10/15 minutes late.Dr ??Ethics,care,compassion,oath. Office staff and a call from the office manager made it clear it is his choice to leave. Dr. Karanth,the only Dr. at seven hills location maybe a Dr by education??? He is not a Dr. of Ethics one that I would trust or recommend under any circumstance.

The appt with the Dr. was quick which somewhat surprised me for a new patient visit. I set up a colonoscopy appt for 2/19. A few weeks prior, the office calls me to charge a $300 deposit even though my insurance verified I was 100% covered. They claim it was in case anything extra had to be done; this practice seems suspicious to me. I called back to confirm we were all set as I wanted the procedure done as I had to specifically take time off of work. The office then calls me to cancel on 2/8.
