First-rate start to finish.
My primary care physician whom I trust recommended Dr. Patel. Dr. Patel very much deserved the recommendation. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt as if I was in good hands. His office, system for taking on a new patient, and all the members of his staff were first rate. Everything went smoothly and in a timely manner. His examination was thorough and expertly rendered. He didn't waste time, but still answered all my questions and concerns. Dr. Patel made me feel confident about his diagnosis and recommended treatment. I'm very happy to be in his care.

Best ENT in Manhattan
People use the word best too easily- but with Dr. Patel, he really is the best ENT in New York.Unfortunately, I get a lot of sinus infections. Dr. Patel listens carefully and treats me with expert care. Recently, when he was on vacation, I had to see another ENT who did not have any manner of professionalism. It just made me appreciate Dr. Patel even more. If you have a sinus problem, or any ENT issues, I would highly recommend Dr. Patel and his office.

Unnecessarily expensive
Dr. Patel was nice and had a good bedside manner, but my overall experience here was terrible. I ended up paying $600+ for him to stick a light up my nose and give me a diagnosis I could have given myself. The 'surgical procedure' was completely unnecessary and was barely covered by insurance. I do not feel this was communicated clearly to me, and staff was extremely unhelpful when I raised the issue post appointment. I went to another doctor and had a much better and less expensive experience. Go elsewhere for your ENT needs.

Scamming my insurance
So the team asks me what insurance I take and make me to additional in office tests and charge a ridiculous amount to me my insurance company. For a fact my insurance paid over $500 for a 10 min visit and then jacks up my coinsurance. There were people on Medicaid who for a fact paid less than I do. And just because I have private insurance the doctor had me to additional things in the office to get paid more. It’s a scam. Cares more about getting paid $$$. I asked them to write off the $66 and they refuse to even listen to my financial situation.

Compassionate, experienced ENT
This was probably the best visit I've ever had to a doctor. I have been dealing with sinus and allergy issues for ever. I finally decided to see Dr. Patel on the recommendation of my colleague. So glad I did. He took a look with an endoscope into my nose and told me of several problems. We are now looking into solutions. Even after treatment with the first visit I am breathing so much better. Dr. Patel's passion for helping patients with nasal problems is very clear. He is truly the best doctor I have ever been to.

I have rhinitis for 6 years and I visited so many specialist but none of the doctors ever treated my issues better than doctor Nilesh Patel,just one visit my long term allergy was treated within a week after taking his medication.thank you doctor Nilesh Patel for taking care of my allergy with no time.visit was so fast.not have to wait longer than 20 minutes.I would definitely recommend doctor Nilesh Patel to my friends and relatives.anyone who has issue like me,you should definitely visit doctor Nilesh Patel without second thoughts.you will never regret.he has one clinic in queens 40-37 76th St queens and in Manhattan 20 E 46th St Suite 800, New York, NY 10017

Best ENT doctor in NYC
Dr. Patel is the best allergy and sinus doctor in New York. I wish I came to see him many years ago. He looked into my allergies and sent me for a ct scan of my sinuses. Then he did an easy procedure in the office which helped me more than all the medicines other doctors gave me. If you have sinus and allergy problems, you should see him.

Perfect ENT visit
Great visit. I needed to see an ENT for my sinus infection quickly and called 7 different offices. The earliest appointment is I was offered was one week later. My friend recommended Dr. Patel and I got an appointment for following morning at 7:30AM. The doctor was great. Listened and examined me carefully and I was out of there by 7:50! Staff was very nice too.

ENT Dr
Was referred by my company nurse for immediate medical visit. I am glad his office was able to see me same day. And to top it off, Dr Patel was able to diagnose my medical condition. No wonder my company use him as our ENT provider.
