Dr. Ning Wu, MD

I trusted this doctor with my health for 6 months. His continued diagnosis & treatment (including 3 surgeries) was for BPH. Then, when he went over the pathologist's report after the 3rd surgery (with the correct diagnosis being advanced, aggressive form of prostate cancer, NOT BPH), he admitted his surprise! It is confounding that after 6 months of treatment with little success he still had not considered prostate cancer (we later found out most men will develop prostate cancer if they live long enough). After switching doctors and healthcare systems I found out I was already Stage IV with metastases throughout my skeletal system. The treatment I have received through my new team of doctors has extended my life, but Dr. Wu's misdiagnosis was so very disappointing and has caused me to have major trust issues with doctors. This nightmare began in 2021 & we always meant to follow up, but we haven't had the time or energy. We hope no one else has or ever will have the same experience.

Nice visit. Did not have to wait long to be seen. Everyone was friendly. Dr. Wu listened, explained problem, and provided several options for course of treatment.

-Getting to talk with someone at the office is terrible. Several times, waited 7 mins to be transferred to only be able to leave a voice message. Office leaves me a message to call back and the same viscous, not customer oriented process occurs. As a result I did not choose Comprehensive Urological Care as a provider. +Office visit was very timely, professional, responsive. -Zoom visit: delayed; could not read the words on the screen (too blurry and small); as a result could not ask good questions and was not provided with good information. +Appreciate Dr. Wu's urological and surgical competence. End result is great.

My visit to Comprehensive Urologic Care was great. Dr. Wu is professional, very knowledgeable and caring! The various other staff at Comprehensive were awesome as well, from the front desk people to the anesthesiologist.

I would recommend Dr. Wu, his staff is very friendly & knowledgeable & they care about their patients. Plus you are not waiting very long in the waiting room.

Dr.Wu was so so kind and fit me in to make my life a whole lot easier during a time where I was having multiple health issues at once. Very kind and knowledgeable man. Explained everything so I could understand. 10/10 would recommended.

I am so grateful to have found Dr. Wu. He is always attentive to my needs. I can honestly say that he changed my life. After many doctors, test etc. Dr. Wu was quick to fix my on going issue giving me a solution that I didn't even know was possible. He cares about his patients and if he is not the answer he will guide you in the correct direction and always personally follows up. Thank you Dr. Wu!!

I wasn't able to see Dr. Wu for some technical reasons, but our visit was right on time and it was a satisfying meeting.

I’ve been a patient under Dr. Wu‘s Care for several years. I like his active listening skills he employs. I always feel that he understands my concerns. What I really like Is that he presents several options and goes out of his way to not push his own preference. I am very comfortable with his manner and knowledge.

All went well. Answered my concerns. Good 'visit'. What else can I say.

The on-line process for my annual visit was excellent. Very efficient. Zoom provided the opportunity for both of us to ask questions and discuss my case. Did not lose anything on-line vs in person.

Was also impressed with Nicole-intern, very impressed!

Was able to fit me in quickly via tele appt due to covid, then set me up w CT and FU appt same day to assess my symptoms. Explained things well and thoroughly. Great bedside manner. Highly recommend!!!

As always, Dr. Wu was efficient, caring and competent. He explained everything to me and was quick to forward my test results to me. The video visit was a bit rushed, but considering the circumstances, I guess that was to be expected, as I am sure he has quite a lot of patients to cover. I felt relieved with the results of my test; and look forward to seeing Dr. Wu again in the fall.
