After seeing Dr. Urribarri for a few years for routine gynecology exams, I told her I was having pain with sex (a problem I had not previously had). She told me it was just because I was getting older and said I needed to have the Mona Lisa procedure. She performed the procedure, which was very expensive and extremely painful. After this procedure, I still had pain with sex. Then I went to another gynecologist who determined that my pain was caused by an inflamed bladder. The new gynecologist referred me to a urologist who took care of the problem. Dr Urribarri should have taken time to determine what was causing my pain, rather than subjecting me to an unnecessary expensive and painful procedure.

Dr Urribarri’s practice is knowledgeable, caring and clean. I feel like family weather I am having a in person visit or Calling on the phone for any reason. The culture of the practice is kind and professional.

Came to the office for Pap smear.....very polite doctor,many questions,to understand what I came there for......made me feel very comfortable.......10 stars.....

I did really like the office environment and staff. However, I went as a new patient for my annual wellness exam. My insurance covers this appointment 100% so I didn't have a copay. 3 months later I received a bill for this visit. When I called the office to ask why I was charged I was told it was because I had asked questions during my appointment. (My questions took approx. 10 minutes to address.) I asked the nurse if I am supposed to come to a wellness appointment, especially as a new patient and not ask questions? She said If I ask any questions concerning things like hot flashes or menopause I will be charged extra for an office visit. M insurance company called as well to dispute the charge but they would not budge. Thankfully I have insurance. If not, the annual exam was around $250 and I was charged an additionally $122 for asking a few questions. I will not be returning to this doctor.

I went to this doctor my entire pregnancy. Her bedside manner is not warm. She is very old school requiring IVs and bed rest all during my labor. She never inquired about and was indifferent regarding my birth plan. I would not recommend for pregnancy. Nurses were very nice.

I came to Dr. Urribarri late in my pregnancy amidst all the coronavirus ordeal she took me in right away as I was in need for the Rhogam shot. Her staff is truly kind and welcoming. They know who you are as soon as you walk in. So far they have done a fantastic job at keeping their patients safe. Dr. Urribarri herself is great also kind and lets you ask any question you might have but generally explains everything and makes sure you understand.

Dr. Urribarri office experience, From seeing Dr. Urribarri since my first period at Dr. Greens office I’ve noticed significant changes in the way she runs her practice and the way her personality has changed. I recently just found out that I was pregnant on Dec. 20th 2019 so I phoned my OBGYN and they scheduled a confirmation of the pregnancy appt. for 1/15/20 in that appt. she asked for a urinalysis as well as my blood withdrawal and an ultrasound with ultrasound tech Ruth - in that appointment my pregnancy was confirmed I was 7 weeks and she took me in the room to talk with me she was very non-chalant very blah, and withdrawn. She’s known me since I was 11 years old and has seen my mom and grandma as patients and still sees my grandma till this day. I would think someone knowing me almost all my life and my medical background would be happier and more informative with me. The office staff is great. They know all their patients and are on time. Dr. Urribarri is awesome, always very thorough and answers all your questions.

Dr. Urribarri inserted hormone pellets for me to supplement my testosterone. She was informative, shared all options and was concerned about my comfort during the process...even called me the day after to check on me (I didn't think doctors did that anymore). Glad my wife referred me to Dr. U and Unique Wellness Center.

Great! Have been seeing Dr. Urribarri for around 13 years. Now in her new office the staff is much nicer and dedicated. The waiting time has improved too.
