Dr. Jones is wonderful, knowledgeable and understanding. She was very kind and patient in answering my questions and explaining lab results. She was the first doctor who was able to help me. I highly recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Jones-Ives recently performed a procedure on me - overall the experience was OK. I seemed to have had to ask a lot of questions when I felt it the information should have just been given to me. The wait time for her was ridiculous. On two separate occasions my wait time was between 45 minutes to an hour. Even at the hospital we started about an hour late. If it were an emergency, the appointments should have been rescheduled. I will not be seeing her again.
