I visited Dr. Swanson since 2021 and I want to say she is very professional and polite doctor. Also she always explains your treatment and says reasons and consequences of your illness. It's very important know about it. She pays attention on your illness and responsible for that. I was happy to pass treatment and recommend other ladies. You will be sure that Dr. Swanson treat correct treatment and after you will be healthy! Thank you Dr. Olga Swanson! I appreciate you!

In a world with so many doctors that lack tact and warmth, Dr. Swanson stands out. She is knowledgeable, dedicated and her always makes me feel like she cares. She takes time to answer questions and discuss options. I love that i can have my ultrasounds done right at her office and have her go over the results in minutes. My appointments with her feel like visiting a friend that also happens to be an amazing doctor. I am so thankful for her!!! Highly recommend her.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR. they charged me for a procedure that was free on my insurance and then filed it with insurance. OVERCHARGED FOR EVERYTHING. EVERYONE CHECK YOUR BILLS!

She will constantly keep charging you for random things. Her office has overcharged me twice and then didn’t let me know until I got another bill saying that I need to pay more money. She is just trying to make money off of you. Don’t go highly do not recommend her.

The only reason why I am giving her 4 stars is because her staff is awful. I've been seeing Dr. Swanson for about 5 years now and I think she is great - doesn't over-medicate, explains in detail any questions you may have, great bedside manner. Her staff, on the other hand, is sloppy. Often rude on the phone, they don't get back to you if you have questions on the medication or need a refill, you also have to triple-check the labs they use and coverage in general because they are lazy and don't check on those things for you. Last time I came in I had to spend over 6 hours on the phone make sure they actually used my insurance, and if I hadn't done so I would have ended up with a $550 bill for a routine, annual visit. Not my job. I know this is meant to evaluate the Doctor and not his/her staff, but at the end of the day we spend a lot more time dealing with their staff, and patients really shouldn't be treated like an ATM machine because somebody else didn't do their job correctly.

I love this doctor. You can tell she always reads your files before she comes in the room. She always wants to know everything that’s wrong so she can help you get better even if it’s not related to her speciality. Great bedside manner. Very caring and empathetic. I went to her for years. The only reason I left was Bc I moved out of state. I literally chose my insurance based on if she was in network with them.

For well over 5 plus years I have been coming to Dr. Swanson, whom I absolutely love. She is very thorough, pays attention to detail, compassionate, and a great listener. It pains me to sit and write out an account of recent ongoing occurrences, or incidents, if you will, with Dr. Swanson’s office. I am a patient, a woman, I am someone that pays for health care. I am not a rep for some medical service that is interested in gaining time with the doctor for the possible selling of pharmaceuticals,

I love Dr. Swanson and the staff have been amazing this entire year that I have visited her. The bad reviews are about the staff and not about the doctor. All I will say is that I treat the staff with respect and they have always treated me with respect. People will treat you how you treat them. Dr. Swanson always takes her time with me and listens to all my concerns. I recommend her to anyone that I can!

It is sad that I did not even get passed scheduling and appointment. Her front desk staff on the other hand is rude rude rude! They have NO customer service and do NOT know how to speak to patients over the phone. When I spoke to the "office manager" she was cold and not really concerned. what an office manager huh?

Dr. Swanson is hands down the best physician I have ever had. She visits with you before the exam, politely asks if her nurse can come in with her (and even stated it's because she'd rather talk to me instead of talk to a computer). The exam was quick; she was very thorough, and professional. Her staff was wonderful and friendly, even through the hustle and bustle of a Monday morning. I am so happy to have found someone I am comfortable with, who I believe genuinely cares for her patients.

I've been searching for a Doctor like this for years. The waits times in waiting room at minimal, front office staff are friendly and Dr stays in the room as long as you need, no rushing you out. I've been going to the wrong Doctor for years. She is extremely knowledgable, courteous and very caring. Dr. Swanson is a breath of fresh air!

DO NOT, I reiterate, DO NOT go to this obgyn!! No patient should have their credit ruined because a Doctors' office staff can't complete simply everyday tasks! :( If you love your credit score and want to keep your sanity, go somewhere else. I just realized 7 months after my doctor's appointment in December 2015, I was taken to collection for a bill I NEVER received because they entered my home address wrong. A simple task, they couldn't even get right.

A few years ago, my former gynecologist retired, so I needed to find a new doctor. I am very picky and was a little concerned about finding someone who is professional as well as personable. Dr. Swanson made me feel comfortable on my first visit and thereafter. She is easy to speak to and keeps good notes. Her office is conveniently located in the Heights. No need to fight traffic in the medical district or pay to park!
