10/10
Dr. Turk is a very thorough and informative doctor. You know immediately after minutes of your first consultation, the questions he asks you, your input, etc., that he is a Doctor who cares about his patients and not about the ' money '! I say this after having many visits with him and his suggestions and plan of attacking my problem.

Incompetent!
The office staff is incompetent and disorganized. I tried for a month to get an appt with the doctor but after four faxed referrals and 46 pages of medical records the office staff, including their office manager finally admitted they received what they need to book the appt but as yet the 4th week goes by and i hear nothing I walked into their office and I was told they can't find my file. I had a few choice words and walked out. When you survive a castistiphic motorcycle accident and are looking for relief from the pain you shouldn't be given the run around.

If I could give a lower rating than one star, I would. I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2010, and went to Dr. Turk for an evaluation. He informed me he did not know what multiple sclerosis and I then had to explain an autoimmune disease that every neurologist should know, if not every doctor by this point. He then said I did not have this illness and that I was faking it. He asked me what side of town I lived in(not sure what that was supposed to insinuate). He directed me to see a "fancy neurologist", and that I was wasting his time. Uninformed, unprofessional, and terrible bedside manner.

Office staff was not trained. Wait times are 1-3 hours long. Dr was rushed and didnt have knowledge of conditions. Office staff never sent my med records to any of my specialists, that requested documents. Staff continuously failed to pay attention to detail.

Dr. Turk is friendly, easy to talk to, honest, thorough and empathetic. Someone who truly became a Dr. to help people. He really takes the time to discuss yreatment options and the bureaucracy behind treatment options. Anyone would feel welcomed by him and his staff.

HORRIBLE STAFF. Every appointment ive been there there has been a new person working. The girls were rude and I could tell that they were annoyed when I asked questions and answered them with attitude. Wait time is terrible waited over an hour in the waiting room. Almost impossible to schedule a appointment that fits my schedule they would not work with me to schedule around my schedule. The doctor only there for a pay check.

Wait time is over an hour that is just in the waiting room. The appointment itself is over an hour. The staff are so incompetent and rude. I felt like the Dr. and staff had no interest in my condition. Then the Dr. wanted to run all these test they were unnecessary.

RUN! Don't walk, RUN from this place! I gave it more than one try, wish I would've left at the first appt. Wait time is over an hour, the staff is COMPLETELY incompetent, Dr is more or less just "there". Awful.
