The perfect doctor

Even though the wait to be seen was 40mins., Dr. Suris excused the long wait with a heartfelt reason. During my exam, he answered all my curious questions and is a very caring doctor.

Dr Suris listens intently to me about all my problems, symptoms and concerns. He will try to get to the root of the problem asap.

My 18 yo had her 1st gyn appt w Dr. Suris for an IUD. Staff told to bottom undressed but didn't tell her to put a drape over her lap. Dr. Suris came in saw the situation, laughed & told her that she looked like a "homeless person". He had difficulty putting in the IUD so he had to dilate cervix but he didn't tell her what he was doing. My daughter got so anxious she started crying. After IUD was placed, she was dressed & brought into a room where she waited for some time. Another staff was surprised to see her ther & took her to the US room & asked her to get bottom undressed again. This time, still failed to tell her to put the sheet over her lap. She waited nervously. The tech came in & pull out the endovaginal probe, put on a condom, didn't tell jer what to expect & proceeded w the exam. She got home, told me her experience. I called office & the front desk was defendsive. Called again requesting Dr. Suris to call me since I am a physician, told supervisor would but had not.

One the best doctor’s visits I have ever experienced from the front desk staff to nurse Rosie who checked me in and especially Dr.Suris. I would highly recommend.

It's a perfect combination of professionalism and consideration that I haven't experienced anywhere else. The lab technician, nurses and my doctor, Dr Suris, are wonderful. Prenatal and postnatal care here is truly 5 stars.

There was no waiting time and the visit was quick and efficient. The receptionist was attentive, the nurse was pleasant and personable, and the doctor was kind, caring and has a wonderful manner of making you feel comfortable.
