AVOID - RUDE!!! 1 1/2 hr wait time. Would not refill a prescription for a vaginal yeast infection when I had seen her only 3 months before for the same issue. At that appointment, she was unbelievably rude. I had waited over an hour for my scheduled appointment, and when I asked nicely enough if that was the normal wait time in her practice, she became extremely defensive and dressed me down for asking. The exam room floor and desk had dust and debris on them - dirty!!!

Dr. Pamela Anne Promecene-Cook did a very bad circumcision on my son. She took so much skin off from my son's penis and left a lot of scarring and a very uneven circumcision line. The removal of too much skin from the penis shaft has resulted in a bent penis. My son's penis is now deformed and will affect his sexual life when an adult. The procedure took place in Children Memorial Hermann Hospital in the medical center in Houston, TX.
