Wonderful doctor!
I felt compelled to share my positive experiences with Dr. Saxena after reading the poor reviews. I can't even imagine we're talking about the same doctor! I've been with her for several years, and my son joined the practice a year ago. She's been wonderful. Dr. Saxena is incredibly friendly and very thorough. She's a great listener and spends time with me. She also quicky diagnosed a disease I have that usually takes many years for a diagnosis, because it can be so many things. She's on top of every emailed question I have. Only issue is that she's so busy that when I need a day-of appointment, I can't get in, so I'm advised to use urgent care. Even then, she follows up quickly and thoroughly.

Will never go back
Very rude and abrupt and does not listen. She asked me questions which I answered and not a few minutes later asked the same questions. She had read all of the tests and procedures I had undergone with the devastating diagnosis prior to her even meeting me., none of these tests where ordered by her. After reading them to me which I was already well aware of the results she asked if I have been under stress...Wow..Even here PA student looked at me and just shook his head. The then mumbled something and left the room. I had no Idea if I was to follow her or not. The PA said, no and that she would be right back.

Decent
So I wouldn’t say she is perfect but she is more than willing to listen to your problems and refer you to a specialist which is more than most doctors will do. I had no problems getting appointments and the appropriate referrals in a timely manner.

Find Primary Care elsewhere
Unfortunately, I have not had a good experience with Dr. Saxena and the practice. Dr. Saxena is very abrupt, rushed and dismissive. I have had MULTIPLE issues with not being able to have expired prescriptions refilled in a timely fashion that took WEEKS of repeated back and forth phone calls requesting refills and each time resulted in running out of the meds before being refilled. My pharmacy was nice enough to provide me with a small amount each time to hold me over. Unprofessional, poor bedside manner, no concern for patient experience and clearly little concern for patients needs regarding medicine refills.

My mother-in-law was unfortunate enough to get this Dr as her primary care physician. My mother-in-law was in intense pain for several months and all this doctor did was continue prescribing oxycodone and testing for opioid addiction instead of finding the cause of the pain. The pain was so intense one night we called the ambulance and she went to the ER. The doctors there in a matter of a few hours found the cause of her pain. She was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. All of the areas she had been complaining about pain in were infected with it. She had 3 ribs that were so riddled with cancer they actually fractured. She has cancer in her stomach, liver, lungs, ribs and it has continued to spread. Be warned stay away from tjis doctor.

Dr Saxena is an amazing doctor. She's always very courteous and treats me well. Everytime I visit she's always happy to see me. I even have my kids see her. She's the best doctor I've been to in a many years here. I plan to stick with her as long as I can :)

Very cold and made me feel rushed out of the office. Blew off my symptoms and acted like she had no interest in what I was saying.
