Son was inpatient at St. Luke's. Patrice did not seem to have a friendly and familiar demeanor toward small children. When we were discharged, our son dislodged his NG tube. St. Luke's said they could not replace it. They set up an appt for us with a radiologist to place the NG tube. It is not necessary to use X-ray, so we planned replacement by our infusion RN and discussed with RD at St. Luke's. Patrice called CPS and said we refused NG. False. We enjoyed Thanksgiving with CPS SW. Thx Patrice!
