Less than 2 minutes with patient
Let the assistant do all the work and dismissed the patients REAL concerns. Patient (my mom) waited months and traveled hours for the appointment only to feel disappointed and ignored.

She is friendly, engaging, and efficient. I went to her at her Des Peres office and was in and out in 25 minutes and that included a full exam and several pre-cancer areas being frozen.
