Rude and rushes
Dr. Otoole delivered my first baby and I should have switched doctors then. She has a rude bedside manner. Always is talking about weight and not focused on the things that matter with a pregnancy. I feel like a number every time I go there. She doesn’t remember anything about our past visits or take the time to look at my chart to remember. If you want a doctor that will spend time talking to you and not rush you then she is not the doctor for you. I decided to transfer after to leaving her office so often crying.

Dr. O'Toole is the best doctor I have ever seen. Period. During two pregnancies, she was always caring, attentive, and personable. I wish she could be my doctor for everything!

My visits were always rushed. First OB visit I asked about delivering with vaginismus and she said "we'll talk about it later." Always rushed but seemed sweet, never had time for questions until 35 weeks when I asked if we could wait on cervical checks even just a week or two until closer to 40 weeks. She coldly said I needed to start getting used to them or we'd schedule my csection instead - then walked out the door. I left her office crying so hard I couldn't speak. I transferred care the following day and was able to have my desired natural birth with an alternative provider. However, I cannot recommend Dr. O'Toole to anyone - especially anyone with pelvic pain. She is polite until you request something that goes against what she thinks should happen. She is always rushed and her bedside manner is not professional when something happens that's out of the ordinary.

Horrible customer service. Had an appointment scheduled for 6+ months, doctors schedule changed, they cancelled my appointment, requested that I set a new one. When I do they they now tell me it's going to be an additional 2+months to get an appointment, since this conflict was created by the doctor, the appropriate thing to do would be to make sure you reschedule/squeeze in those appointments YOU cancelled in a reasonable amount of time. Not 2+ months out. It's the perfect display of absolutely atrocious customer service. Needless to say, I will be finding a new doctors office, one that is actually interested in taking care of their patients.

Today was my first appointment. She was very helpful. Listened to me and was eager to help. I am very sick, desperate for relief and she didn't brush it off like other doctors do when your expecting. I definelty recommend her. Also the office visit wait was min and the nurses were nice as well.

Well I initially thought I had found the Dr. I would stay with. However after 4 weeks of trying to get a surgery scheduled, I was told it was going to have to wait another month . Very frustrating to say the least. Dr Otoole, actually called me to touch base and explain what was going on which I appreciated. Then I receive another call that the Dr wasn't sure that our relationship was in a good place. Which really was her way of telling me to find another Doctor. 2 months wasted .

I have never trusted, appreciated, or felt more at ease with a doctor than I do with Dr. O'Toole! She's empathetic, patient, kind, and thorough. I'm extremely happy and at peace that she will be delivering my first child! We feel like she truly loves and cares about our son. Absolutely would recommend her to everyone!

Dr. O'Toole has no experience with treating Pelvic Pain (as she admits)- she has absolutely no knowledge of this area of Gynecology. She is rude, condescending, and asked me NO questions about my medical history or current pain. I would absolutely not recommend her to anyone- especially mothers- who have any sort of pelvic pain.
