My husband and I became Dr. Marcroft's patients when he first began his practice. He was always thorough in his examinations and very caring, and accurate. I recommended him to friends of ours, and he was able to diagnose problems for them that their Dr.'s had misdiagnosed. One of them had terminal cancer, and had not been diagnosed correctly until he went to Marcroft. He was very supportive through the illness and death of my husband, He is the BEST!!!

The doctor is good the staff is horrible. They don't understand Tricare and don't want to work with you. They said they had submitted a referral found out a week later it was never submitted. Said they submitted it that day, called the next day and it was still not submitted.

Marcroft asked me to come back every month to every two months. I told him I didn't want to take anti-depressants anymore, kept wanting to prescribe different ones (held other script hostage). I was billed for level four visits (no tests). I couldn't get info on what makes standard visits level four. Was told by reception the physician decides the level. He would not call me back for questions, only could talk to him during visits (all level four). He "seemed" to listen. I found a new physician.

  • Appointment was rushed
  • Didn't trust the provider's decisions
