Poor patient experience
Dr. Bloch showed no empathy when he sat across from me and told me my condition would only worsen year after year. He suggested I lose weight, which I have lost over 10 pounds in three months. He stated that sometimes we have to live with the hand we are dealt. No alternates. No way to help with my symptoms. That was it.

I have never seen a doctor/surgeon as concerned about his patients as Dr. Bloch! Very good with communicating with family as well to alleviate their concerns!
