Pushed extra treatments onto me during the visit that I didn't need, I was then charged hundreds of dollars for a visit. I disagreed and disputed it (it's the only medical charge I've ever disputed) and their office sent me to a collection agency rather than respond. I don't know how much of this is Dr Cauvin or ARC as a practice but it was a very bad experience.

Dr. Cauvin did not seem interested in trying to diagnose with me. Instead, he ignored my statements and answered me in very indifferent terms. When I posed a question about symptoms, he proceeded to treat me with contempt in questions. I could hear his thoughts and actions screaming "OH GEEZ, A Hypochondriac" because I didn't want a stronger dose of something that already caused me difficulties. No thanks, will not see this doctor again. Ever.

Wow, I just joined one of my dog walkers on his visit with Dr. Cauvin and he was beyond fantastic. Knowledgeable, caring, and thorough. I've been to some clinics where I felt like a number - not here. Dr. Cauvin will be my go to if I or anyone I care about needs to visit the doctor.

He was hurried, talked over me, passively rude heard me talk about my symptoms but wasn't "listening". No form of sympathy for "this" patient who has been feeling bad for almost 7 weeks with nothing working. Learn to listen, assess, and implement a plan for each individual because everyone is different on how they respond to care.
