By far one of the worst medical experiences I have ever had. My opinion is he and his entire staff are completely incompetent. I’m lucky to be alive after his negligence. I have NEVER been exposed to more unprofessional or rude staff anywhere in any profession. I would not only not recommend this practice I would actually warn people not to trust their health or risk their lives by having any contact with this doctor or any of the staff.

This office is horribly unprofessional. They leave the office phones off until well after 9:00am each morning, turn them off early at the end of the day, lie about whether Dr. Hartley is actually in the office,repeatedly lose paperwork, don't return calls, etc. They state what they can do, as long as you make an appointment but then, after you come in and pay your co-pay, they change what they say they can do. I'm never going back and would recommend that anyone else keep looking...

The doctor is nice, tries hard, seems knowledgeable. Staff is unpleasant, disrespectful, rude. Staff make it plain they don't want to be bothered dealing with patients.

Dr. Hartley awful. My mom is his patient, and she had lost a not of weight and was unable to eat and having trouble breathing. He told her that she had scar tissue and that was why she couldn't eat. (she never had surgery) so scar tissue would not have existed. He told her that he was not concerned with her weight loss because it was not at a dangerous level. She couldn't breathe, he told her that she had pneumonia. She had a mammogram where she was diagnosed with breast cancer that he missed.

Dr Hartleys Office has changed recently. They do not seem to care about Patients. I would not recommend at this point.
