I am not usually one to write any reviews however I feel especially upset at the treatment I received during my last visit. I have had 3 appointments with Dr. Grimes for my facial vitiligo in which I saw her for a total of 5 minutes during each session (always very rushed). During my second and last appointment I was uncomfortable and dissatisfied with the way in which she addressed my concerns. When I expressed I felt the vitiligo was getting visually worse she was very rude and quickly brushed off any concerns I had by saying I had a negative perspective. At my last visit she was an hour late and extremely insensitive to my concerns as a patient. I had work at 12 pm and could not carry out the rest of my appointment (apt time was 10:30 I was finally seen at 11:30) which clearly upset the Dr. as she slammed the door shut. Although she seems to be very knowledgeable and highly accomplished, her doctor-patient skills lack empathy. Her staff is excellent, however her approach to addressi

Awesome lady. She knows her stuff and is advanced and innovative for unusual or more extreme cases which suits me. Unfortunately, I had to use 2 1/2 hours of my vacation time at work for a twenty minute job. (I work ten minutes away.) The staff even asked me to come in earlier which would've been okay if I didn't have to wait an hour and a half to see her. It's all about priorities when you choose a doctor... I may continue to see her but I do miss my prior 20-minute dermatologists.

Dr Grimes is very intelligent in the skin disorders that she is treating. I am happy I went to her for a proper diagnosis and treatment appointment. I will continue to see her for my skin care needs.
