Please see another surgeon
I gave Dr. Hicks an opportunity to make it right, but he was not interested in acting with integrity. I got my neck done a few months ago. He charged me $9,000. My neck looks terrible. This is not a $9,000 neck. I am not happy at all. Please see a different surgeon for a consult! I guess I can't post photos. I did get my neck lift and I am very happy now. With another surgeon, of course. Dr. Hicks does not care about PEOPLE. He only cares about MONEY. Is that a doctor you want to cut you open? Please learn from my mistake.

This doctor is beyond rude. I was referred to him for congenital reconstruction and left feeling so humiliated and put down that I was almost tempted to just have both breasts removed so I'd never have to deal with a plastic surgeon treating me the way Hicks did. Firstly, he came in and seemed annoyed just having to be in the office, so he was in a bad mood to start which made me apprehensive about his services. I tried asking questions but he kept brushing me off in a "don't worry about it" type of way. I shed a few tears during the appointment due to the emotional situation of my deformity and the lack of physical comfort ,and smiled for a second to try to bring myself out of the mood only for him to get upset and snap at me saying, "why are you smiling this is serious" which only made me feel worse. Truly has no people skills and I'm so glad I didn't follow through with any procedures by him. Hicks, I came to you for help, but instead I left your office feeling degraded.

Dr. Hicks fails to deliver the services that he offers and that you pay him for. He will not abide by the arbitration agreement that he has you to sign prior to having a procedure done. If you have problems with this doctor the best bet is to take legal action before your time to do so expires. Don't be fooled by his initial demeanor as he will show you his true colors after he gets your money.

I would NOT recommend Dr. Hicks. I went to him to have him remove a basal cell carcinoma from my ear and all he could do was talk about how he would do the reconstruction. He ignored most of the questions I asked him and treated me poorly. The cancer has since come back and I am going to another doctor.
