Great doctors

Yes, I am still waiting on a prescription to be put in to go from 5 milligrams to 10 milligrams of Tadatafil and CVS is the location where I picked that up. I haven't heard back from the doctor or anyone on staff who was calling last week to try and get this resolved, but haven't heard back from you. I am out of town all week and won't return until Friday at the end of the week. So hopefully you can resolve this. Thank you.

It was nice everybody treated me at respect. Doctors were friendly. They gave me the information I needed.

Great doctor, with a nice staff.

9 Yrs ago, my father received great care when he was treated for leukemia. I spoke with and was referred to Dr. Jiang, who put what was going to be done in clear, precise, and reassuring words. I have total faith in him, and also {staff name removed} who was the surgery scheduler who clearly explained about a change of venue for my procedure. Well done, and (3×) ZOT!

The wait time was long because there wasn't enough exam rooms available.

Dr. Jiang is a young doctor but very good and very enthusiastic. He talks to the patient very slowly and gently. He answers the patient's questions very carefully and cheerfully. Thank you very much for the surgery. Tell me about your success. Highly recommend.

The only issue we have had is the lack of appointments. I understand that you are booked. I'm just worried about how long it has been before surgery.

When I needed to see a urologist with UCI. And please know that I have 13 Doctors at UCI and I love all of them. When we met with Dr. Jiang, he was so nice, care supportive and answered all of our questions and concerns. He put the first steps into getting proper testing done for me so we can find out what is going on with me. He truly helped us and really showed so much care. I am battling a server nerve condition on top of cancer. My husband and I really want to thank Dr. Jiang and all of the Nurses and Medical Staff for their continued support, care and absolutely kindness. It means so much when you have an incredibly GREAT TEAM OF DOCTORS, NURSES and ALL MEDICAL STAFF. And this is for all the Departments at UCI. You guy's are truly the BEST!!!! {patient name removed}

All very well

I sent messages to the doctor, but a nurse responded and gave the wrong information or did not want to respond. I asked the Doctor for a report. He said it should be in the UCI Chart, but it is not here. I asked for a surgery report done on 12/1/23; besides this, Dr. Jiang is very nice and friendly.

I was amazed how quick I got an appointment AND a surgery date! It was unreal. I really wanted my nephrostomy tube out since I just had a baby and it was becoming very inconvenient. They literally called me the same day to schedule an appointment for surgery 2 days later. Dr Pengbo had great bedside manner and took into consideration my wishes!

The staff helped me understand all the form and what I need to do to move to the next step of my care. The doctor was great. Easy to talk to and wants to get to the root of my issue. Not just give me meds and see you next time.

All the service was excellent. I'm very very happy with everything.

Dr. Jiang has always had a great bedside manner. He has always made me feel like he is listening to my concerns. He always listens thoroughly and answers each and every question I have had. I feel 100% trust in his hands and I appreciate the way that he makes me feel that I am not just a number. I am a patient and he worries and cares about my health.
