Dr. Perry Santos, MD

I saw Dr Santos for management of chronic pan sinusitis which had not responded to maximum medical therapy. He was kind enough to work me into his schedule, did a great job of answering my questions, and recommended sinus surgery. I appreciated his compassionate and professional demeanor. I am now 15 years out from surgery and have not had any problems with recurrent sinus infections. I would recommend him without reservation.

My husband was diagnosed 2 years ago with a particularly devastating and unexpected tongue cancer. Dr. Santos possesses a stellar reputation among medical professionals for dealing with this type of cancer as well as all head and neck cancers. We called his office and set up our appointment. What a wonderful blessing Dr. Santos and his staff were. His compassion and Godly manner were profoundly reassuring! He scheduled surgery immediately for my husband. He took a great amount of time explaining how the surgery was to be done and what we could expect. This was my husband’s first surgery. We went into it with all of our questions answered and thanks to his bedside manner we were as relaxed as possible. We don’t have enough words to explain our level of comfort, trust and thankfulness for this amazing physician. My husband has remained cancer free since his surgery. What a great gift from God he has been!!

Dr. Santos is good, nurse Jen is not. She was rude & made a homeschool comment to my son trying to make him feel dumb for asking a question. She was short with him the whole time. Talking to her on the phone to make appointments or get finnancial answers is painful. I wanted to know the cost of the surgery from the hospital and she doesn't know anything but to give you a number to call, oh, by the way, you have to pay her a $150 deposit to even get on the schedule to get that number. Then I call the hospital on my own and find out my insurance doesn't cover the anesthesiologist so I call nurse Jen back to cancel and she won't give me my deposit back because I signed a paper that said in cancellation I don't get my money back. Well, its a bait and switch because if I knew my insurance wouldn't cover anything then I would of NOT paid the deposit. Don't use this office, total nightmare.

I had major sinus surgery by Dr.Santos in April 2021. Dr.Santos made sure I did everything I needed to do before during and after to have a successful outcome. I appreciate that Dr.Santos is very experienced but keeps up on the latest research and evidenced based practices. I did not realize how bad I had been feeling until after the surgery when I felt 100x better!! His office staff is not only friendly but very efficient filling out all of the necessary paperwork for FMLA ! This office has been a huge blessing! I have referred several friends to them and would highly recommend!

Excellent surgeon. Explained the procedure well and told me of all the possible outcomes. Not only was he able to remove my tumors, but made the incisions in a a way that is barely noticeable.

I came in after dealing with pansinusitis for years. After surgery I'm a new person. No more sinus headaches, stopped up ears, runny nose, sneezing and the inability to smell. The only regret is that I waited as long as I did before going to see Dr. Santos. He was highly recommended and now I see why.

Dr. Santos is a very kind and professional physician and took great care of my son when we visited to have his tonsils removed.

I unfortunately never had the opportunity to meet Dr. Santos. My experience was unpleasant from the beginning. It was extremely difficult to schedule an appointment. Every time I called, the reception staff could not be reached. I called in May and did not receive a call back for two months. When I did have the opportunity to speak to the reception staff, the individual was extremely rude. I do not recommend this clinic and I am appalled that they have individuals at this facility who carry themselves in this manner.

Dr. Santos is incredible. Took great care of my health and Lovely to speak with. He explained everything well. Answered all my questions. Did an excellent job fixing my deviated septum. Staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Dr. Santos did surgery on my 2 year old son to remove a cyst close to his ear. Not only did Dr. Santos do an amazing job with removing the cyst but the incision he made was very clean and he made the incision so it would be hidden in his hair for aesthetic purposes. Dr. Santos is very kind and always listened to my concerns. He also asked for my permission to pray for my son prior to him going into surgery which I thought was very respectful and kind of him. I am a nurse and from my perspective I can tell that he really cares about his patients and I felt safe letting him operate on my son. My son also did not have any post-op complications, either. I would recommend Dr. Santos as an ENT to anyone not only for his medical expertise but for his amazing bedside manner.

Dr. Santos is an amazing doctor. I cannot sing his praises loud enough. He is very precise and detailed in all areas. He made sure I had the information needed to make an informed decision. I highly recommend him for all of your ENT needs!

This guy is immensley likeable. He makes an effort to make a personal connection with his patients. He does a great job of explaining conditions and talking TO you not AT you. His office staff is very friendly and personable. The best thing is that I was being treated for dizziness and after two visits, that is completely gone! We have a plan of action and I am glad to be functioning without dizziness again!

Dr Santos was the answer to my prayers. I had searched for an ENT not only in my network, but one who knew what he was doing and did it well. I am in the health profession myself and Dr Santos was WONDERFUL! He was knowledgeable, kind, practical, didn't just push surgery, very helpful and did what was best for ME not his pocket. When it came to the meds I needed, his staff searched out the best place for the best price as well as being great to work with and forgiving when I forgot some paperwork. No one ever made me feel like a number or a diagnosis, they were very personable. I LOVE Dr Santos and would recommend him to everyone I know or meet! He helped me get rid of a serious sinus infection that had plagued me through 2 years and stumped 3 other doctors. I feel so much better and NO surgery!

I had all kinds of sinus problems and Dr. Santos helped me a lot. He made my life livable again. I had sinus surgery July 2020 and it has made a huge difference I no longer have a sinus infections. I used to have one every two months and I was miserable. Then I found Dr. Santos and he is a miracle worker. The surgery was done in his office and it did not hurt at all. I am glad I went through with the surgery. if you are on the line about having the same surgery I highly recommend this procedure. The only discomfort I had was the that I had to sleep sitting up in a recliner for a day or two. I can not say enough about Dr. Santos and his office staff. When you call the office they will get right back with you. They are all so friendly and are will to listen and help you or fine a way to fix the problem. The other thing that real helped me was to use the Neil Med Sinus rinse Dr. Santos has me use twice daily. This method really helps. So all in all I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. SANTOS.

Dr. Santos did an amazing job with my tonsillectomy. As a 26 year old, I was hesitant to have the procedure done after everything I’ve heard. But his record and professionalism was top of the line. During a recent visit, I mentioned a new diagnosis, as well as a new symptom I was having, Dr. Santos ordered some tests and discovered I had a potentially serious bacterial infection. With his treatment plan, the infection subsided much faster than anticipated. The compounded medicines that Dr. Santos prescribed for my nasal rinses have helped me tremendously.

THE BEST!!!! I was referred to Dr. Santos from an oral surgeon, my primary care doctor, as well as a surgical nurse that has been with him in the OR. Dr. Santos is a very thoughtful, respectful, and talented doctor and surgeon. He uses the latests technologies and research supported approaches to treat patients. I had a rather extensive sinus surgery - and post op, didn't have pain even close to what I was feeling prior to surgery. I believe this to be his use of DNA targeted medication in a rinse rather than systemically prior to the procedure, no packing in the sinuses, and delicate surgical technique. I would sign up for the procedure again in a heartbeat - as long as he was the surgeon. He also did my Covid test prior to surgery -- VERY different experience/technique than one done previously. You cannot go wrong by seeing him. PS - Also great with my kiddos when I brought them to my post op appointment. I say this as a patient and dentist that will refer patients to him!!!!
