Dr. Peter Zeman, MD

Dr. Zeman is very good. He diagnosed and helped me through Prostrate Cancer. Excellent

I'm following up with a different urologist at a different clinic. I don't trust this place, and I'm leaving my primary care physician for referring me here. Dr. Zeman didn't even walk into the procedure room to meet me until after his assistant had me on the laughing gas, which seemed purposeful and routine on his part, like a way for him to avoid a burdensome interaction with his patient. He briefly explained some stuff, to which I responded that I was trying to follow what he was saying as the gas wore off a bit. He got irritated that I hadn't shaved already, to which his assistant admitted to never emailing me any information or instructions beforehand. In fact, his assistant instructed me not to finish the paperwork until after the procedure so we could go ahead and get started! Long story short, it was all downhill from there. He's inattentive, his clinic is run-down and dirty, and his staff is incompetent and unprofessional.

My appointment was with Dr. Zeman, but after waiting 90 minutes to be seen, I was told I was seeing the PA, Rick. The exam room was dingy and small with water stains on the ceiling tiles. Rick was nice, but I didn't get a straight answer about my medical concerns. Later I learned he had called in a prescription for an antibiotic to a pharmacy I had never use before (not the one I told him I regularly used) for a drug I am highly allergic to. I had told him I was allergic to the drug.

Dr. Zeman has been my urologist for nearly a decade. I have found him to be a good listener, a doctor who cares about my health, who is frank and forthcoming, thorough in his approach.

Dr. Zeman took plenty of time with me and answered all of my questions. He was friendly and compassionate. I felt totally comfortable with him and highly recommend him.
