Very unfriendly staff in waiting room
Got treated like a third world patient due to a glitch in insurance. Front staff wanted to send me in the hallway to call my insurance even though I was the only person in the office. After my insurance was unable to reach their billing department I had to reschedule my appointment. Very nasty lady at the front. Dr. Shapiro itself is very awesome and the only reason I didn’t switch providers.
