Dr. Pinky Vaidya, MD

The staff who answers the phone, Mo, is very rude and unprofessional. I needed help and I was in so much pain and had seen Dr Vaidya several years ago and she was a lifesaver. I wanted to see the Dr as soon as possible. Mo told me to go to the ER and get a referral and then call back for an appointment. Really??? Is this how a staffer talks to patients? Dr Vaidya needs to know this. Other patients have made similar comments. Been here for 20 years and won't be calling that office again. I just wish I could talk with Dr Vaidya personally. I'm sure she doesn't realize how rude her staff is.

This office, even though they Signed a contract saying they would work with veterans, do not do a very good job at doing so. fibromyalgia is a condition under the PACT ACT which I was DENIED because my records were never released to the VA despite MULTIPLE attempts to request them. I have asked and asked. If you aren’t going to work with vets, please don’t sign contracts. We get screwed over enough. I want my records ASAP and I want to speak to the Doctor or Offoce manager. Not a reception who sounds like she doesn’t want to be there, especially on Fridays!!! What is the physicians contact numbers?

Never made it as far as seeing the doctor. Her staff is rude and unhelpful. She was totally too comfortable speaking this way and I'm sure does it frequently. For this reason we've decided to look elsewhere for treatment. Many times a bad staffing truly hurts a good doctors business. No one wants to be treated poorly when seeking help.

She is a good doctor. Im being heard but not listened to when trying to get treatment.
