Got in right on time. Very informative. Everything went well.

I have been seeing Dr. Somai's office for several years. I have seen her in person ONE time after a 1hour and 20 minute wait. (except for the steroid shots in my joints which she performs in person) All other times I've seen her associates. I do not feel that they hear my concerns and rather explain issues off as "possible other existing conditions". I would not recommend her as she does not respect appointment times and seems to have no problem making you wait for hours after your scheduled appointments.

For someone accepting new patients, you can't get an appointment for 4 months out. Even with a doctor referral with blood work that has significant problems (RA levels through the roof, extreme white blood cell count, etc), we were supposed to see her today, and they messed up the appointment and scheduled for a month out. Made NO effort to try and work her in while we were there for the appointment that WE scheduled with them, even with blood work justifying a significant problem. The receptionist went and spoke to a nurse, didn't even speak to the doctor....Now my wife, who has already endured the debilitation, leprosy like hives, extreme debilitating pain for the past 10 days, will have to go another month like this if they had their way. We will never go back, and we will discourage anyone from going to see her. Dr Somai identified my RA and Fibromyalgia in just 2 visits within 2 weeks. She is very good at responding to messages from the portal. She is super busy, but will listen and try to address any concerns.

Very good Doctor. I get shots in my joints and she is great.

My last appointment to her office was my last one period. Got there few minutes early after two and half hour drive from well over one hundred miles. Got to exam room promptly and that’s where I remained for over an hour. Got up to leave and nurse jumped up and said a Dr would see me in two minutes. Total disregard for a four year patient with no results.

I feel like Dr. Somai really listens and understands what my concerns are and has set forth a plan to address them that makes sense to me.

Dr Somai and here staff are very friendly and professional.

Dr Somai quickly identified my initial symptoms and gave me a great treatment plan. She has great patient communication and explains things so I easily understand the treatments.

Dr. Somai allows your input of your treatment.

Dr. Somai is very professional, easy to speak with and phrases everything in a manner that is understandable. I would refer her to my friends and family.....

She is always promptly on time for every appointment & always has time to answer any questions I may have.

I’m so grateful that I have Dr. Somai to guide me on this new & intimidating journey of RA and other associated illnesses. She provides detailed descriptions to how my lab results affect my illness. I leave each appointment with a clearer understanding of this journey.

Dr. Somai and her physician assistant are very knowledgeable in their field and explain everything in a way that is easily understandable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

I like that Dr. Somai allows patients input. For someone like myself that would like to avoid biological if possible, that is appreciated. I rarely have to wait very long to see someone.

Dr Somai was kind and listened to my symptoms. She examined me and made adjustments to my medication so I would feel and move better. I appreciate her help in getting my quality of life back.

Forget about privacy if you go here! People in the waiting room knew my social security number by the time I was checked in as a new patient. Information gathering is done in the waiting area for all to hear. A friend of the doctors was there for injection (no appt. because I could hear the conversation)and was taken before me. I left without being seen after 45 minutes in exam room.
