I have my life back
I fell shortly after donating my kidney in December 2018. I had massive bruising and the inability to move without pain. I had seen 17 medical professionals; PT, back surgeons, athletic injury doctors, etc. I had MRI's, X-rays, trigger point injections, sciatica back braces etc. No one listened, therefore, they couldn't figure it out. I started seeing Dr. Dinikar in 2022. I got trigger point injections, then under X-ray. It still wasn't helping. The pain was over from my SI joint. His surgical intern suggested using ultrasound. Dr. Dinikar was able to see the massive scar tissue and muscle damage from my original fall. The trigger point injections to the scar tissue was a SUCCESS. I could FINALLY move! Four years of being unable to walk further than my mailbox, playing with my grandson hurt, cleaning, doing laundry. My gardens became overgrown. I can now stack firewood, carry bins of them into my house, walk my entire neighborhood. I can wear HEELS!

Messed me up, won't treat me!
Dr. Dinakar has said he can solve my chronic pain. He has done multiple procedures, each worsened the pain. Now he doesn't want to take care of me probably because he is afraid to do a procedure on me. This provider only does procedures, doesn't work on trying to find medications or alternative therapies that work. Poor quality of care and patient management is not a sign of a leader.

Going to this doctor with high hopes ended up being one of the most humiliating doctor visits of my life. After a lifetime of pain and currently bedridden he said there was nothing he could do for me, there was only funding for children with this pain and I should Google a Ketamine clinic. I left crying. I need help and no one wants to help me.

Dr. Dinakar took the time to listen to what we were saying about the condition and symptoms. He did a full exam and fully explained what he felt was going on. He then laid out his recommendations going forward, and worked with us to develop a plan of care.

Dr Dinakar is one of the most knowledgeable physicians that I have ever met. He listens, and is extremely responsive to the needs of his patients. Most of all I am so impressed with the knowledge he possesses within his field of expertise. He has changed my, I am now pain free.

I have had several treatments for my lumbar and cervical pains; some have been steroidal injections and lately I’ve been having RF Lesioning. Unfortunately the effectiveness of each treatment lasts one to three months. I have yet to receive a treatment that would give me freedom from continuous lumbar and neck pain for for a year or longer.
