Very crowded but everyone I was in contact with during the visit was pleasant. Dr Henderson and associates were very thorough in evaluating my issue. The wait times were tolerable for the quality of care.

Waited 2 and a half hours to see the doctor and spent a total of 10 minutes with her.

Wrist injury
The wait time was horrible. My appointment was at 2:30pm. The waiting room was packed full of people. I had to go back to get Xrays twice. The Xray technician seemed like a disgruntled employee who did not want to do her job. Dr. Henderson was compassionate and understanding. She listened to me and addressed my issues appropriately. I did not leave her office until a little after 4:30pm. She is a great doctor, but she was overbooked the day I made my appointment.

Fractured arm
The staff was very professional, I did not have to wait for an extended period of time. We got a diagnosis immediately, fitted me with a cast and I was on my way. Fortunately, my healing was fast and I was able to make my follow up appointments at the 280 location. And Dr Henderson has been amazing! She is kind, compassionate and thorough. Great experience considering the circumstances.

Excellent Attention to detail
Dr. Geffen was excellent in assisting me with my shoulder injury (baseball pitcher).In utilizing the ultra sound, she was detailed and took all the time needed to pinpoint the trouble areas to ensure we were treating the exact locations, etc. I would recommend Dr Geffen for anyone looking to get the best, thorough care. This attention to detail is not a surprise to me and my Dad as she works at Andrews Sports Institute - Birmingham. Thx Dr Geffen.

Dr. Rachel Henderson is amazing! She is very attentive, and did a great job of explaining my diagnosis and possible treatments. Dr. Henderson’s staff is very friendly, and very responsive. I walked in for my appointment, and was seen by Dr. Henderson at my scheduled time. I was very impressed with the timelines of my appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Henderson. She’s very personable and very good at what she does!
