Dr. Gross provided compassionate and effective assistance to my medical issue. We continue to follow-up and she always gives professional feedback and advice. She seems to be up to speed on the most recent clinical recommendations and applies that to my treatment plan. I Highly recommend her services.

Insightful and Helfpul
While I had to wait a little longer than I would like, it was a productive visit. I was able to run through the list of issues. Dr. Gross listened and was able to put me on a regiment that helped me considerably.

Terrible place! I scheduled an appointment am in a lot of pain. They then told me they were canceling my appointment because I hadn’t been there in 3 years and had called and canceled 2 appointments. This is no way to treat people. I was already scheduled to go in. They didn’t mind taking my money when I was going there. Dr. Gross seemed very uninteresting in my problems and staff acts unfriendly towards you. Sad place. I believe this was a grudge thing because I cancelled 2 appt.

I wanted to leave a good reveiw since I had a good experience. People only seem to leave reviews when they found something they didn't like. I found Dr. Gross to be patient and knowledgable. It was not a rushed experience and she gave me a good summary of why I was experiencing the issues and symptons I was. I felt like she took the time to listen and was a positive experience. Thereore wanted to people know the positive experience I had with Dr. Gross.

She rushes through the appointment. Makes you feel like she not interested in your care. She didn’t even listen to my lungs correctly, whipped right through it. Didn’t even give me a chance to complete a breath before moving stethoscope. She doesn’t explain Answers to questions completely. I’m looking to switch Immediately. I will not be back.

I saw her twice and will not mot go back She seemed impatient. When I asked her if there was anything I could do for arthritic pain, she answered "no." Why would I go back!

I highly suggest NOT going here. I was put on a high dose of a medication by Dr. Gross, and ended up with inflammation in my heart and lungs. I was rushed to the ER and then transferred to Boston. My case was labeled "life threatening/critical condition" and I was hospitalized on a cardiac unit for almost a week. I called and tried to explain what had happened, and she didn't even have the decency to return my call. VERY VERY frustrated as I am now going through my medical bills.

Maybe she was having a bad day. I asked her if there was anything I could do about arthritic pain. Her answer was "no". End of story. Won't go back.

I got a call from Dr Gross's office one business day before my appointment telling me that they no longer take my insurance. I felt that was poor, I should have been informed well before my next appointment so I could have made arrangements before needing to see her.
