Dr. Rafael Armendariz Sr, DO

Was scheduled to get an AMA work accommodation and was told at the time if making the appt. They could do it. See the doctor - he says yes. Charges me. Then I go to admin office where the supervisor behaved with reprehensible attitude and poor etiquette. 'I'm the VP and the wife. You don't even have a disability ' Needless to say I won't be going back. Elizabeth in admin office was very unprofessional and quite rude.

Dr. ARMENDARIZ IS AMAZING ?? he first main thing about Patient is that is the"Health" he look's at the Patient eye's and tells the truth and he is a Highly Quality Certified Doctor and you will get the Best treatment ever with him.....????????????????????????

I scheduled an appointment to get my maintenance medications refilled. I showed up the day of my appointment to find the clinic closed and workers performing remodeling. I called the clinic number and was transferred to an after hours call center where I explained the reason for my appointment and was assured my message would be passed along. Never heard back. I am now out of medication and I call the clinic again to follow-up. I was told by receptionist that they called me and rescheduled me on another day. I told her that was not true, and I am out of meds need a refill and I can reschedule at a later date. She proceeded to tell me that Dr. Armendariz would not refill my maintenance meds event hough i have been on them for over 2 years without a visit. These are for BP and cholesterol. It seems Dr. Armendariz is more interested in greed than the wellbeing of his patients. I will be getting my care elsewhere from now on.

My visit today was wonderful actually my health is great it weren't be like that if it wasn't for Doctor Rafael Armendariz He is very polite very respectful and I respect him very much??????

I have attended this clinic for years and loved it! Never had I once seen or met Dr. Rafael Armendariz. Today, i met him and he was an obnoxious, rude, and highly emotional person. He was training a PA and "others" through humiliation and berating commands. It was an extremely offensive, hostile environment and the worst experience. Dr. Rafael Armendariz is VERY unprofessional. It is a shame I cannot leave a zero star. One star is wat too much.

Dr. Armendariz humiliates and berates patients, especially if they are female. I am filling a complaint with the medical board over how he treated my family member. He was training physician assistants (PA) so he started telling my loved one disparaging remarks about her medical history, was not professional, refused to look at her medical records, and said derogatory remarks about other medical providers. He was not competent, compassionate, or professional. My loved one sobbed in the car after seeing him. A doctor should never humiliate patients. He is grossly unprofessional. He should not be a doctor in any setting.

Changing doctors, don't recommend any more

I used to come to this doctor only to get my prescriptions fast,never if I had an issue. See all this clinic want is as many patients fast to make money, even to get a referral to a chiropractor, they need to see you in the office fast. Also 8 years of going I never once met the Dr. every single time I was seen by a NP with a bad attitude, who will never resolve anything without 3 or 4 follow up visits. That is why I’m not surprised that this clinic and Dr Armendariz are the lowest rated in EP.

Worst "doctor" ever. Things are his way or the highway. Doesn't listens to patient's concerns because it is "his clinic" period! Still, his so called clinic barely has the resources needed to called a "clinic." All this people want is to make $$$ of the people that show up. This place reminds me of a fast food place where they serve junk food as fast as they can and to the most people they can. What a joke

The wait times are ridiculous. The staff can be helpful. This office feels like the Dr wants to see as many patients as possible to make the most money possible. I do not feel that this is is a good practice of medicine. The Dr orders unnecessary tests and requires unnecessary office visits to ensure billing and copays. The only reason I am here is because my insurance is not accepted at the pediatrician I have used for the past 24 years. Trust me, I am not here by choice.

Seems that all this dr is interested is in $$$. Greed at its finest. You never find him in the office you have to drive all over the city if you need a prescription because some prescriptions require a dr authorization and he has too many offices without an official dr . Preposterous service.

I am extremely disappointed with this clinic and their new Nurse Practitioners that do NOT explain what and why they are doing or ordering certain tests. I have anxiety and one of the NP's who works there DENIED my medication that is the ONLY thing that will let me sleep at night without having anxiety attacks. These NPs do NOT provide care and their bedside manner is ridiculous. Last time I went, I had to wait 5 hours!!!! All to just be told that they were not ordering my anxiety med.
