Dr. Rafael Baez, MD

Dr. Báez is a health professional with a lot of experience and knowledge, Dr. Báez has my trust for the health care of me and my family.

Dr. Rafael was good in the beginning when we have him as PCP since 2016 but last 2-3 years, very bad communication with patients. 1. I don't know what is going on with this doctor office. It seems they need only Spanish patients. They disseminate my wife indirectly with such a way not deal with office any more. 2. They don't respect the patient. They hold me on the phone and during the call they hang up and never call back. 3. They write a lot of times wrong prescription dose and pharmacy hold the medicine until doctor correct it and they never care and they take too long time to fix anything. 3. Most of the staff are not professional. They just want to collect money with no quality at all. I am really frustrated and really sad because I was with Dr. Rafael since 2016 and now office and treatment are so bad. Now looks like I have to look for another PCP who can treat patient equally and nicely

Terrible He was good at first but too many patients don't have time for his Patient always have to wait a long time, He told me that he cannot be with his Patient for more than 5 minutes because his other Patient is waiting for services!! What Kinda doctor will tell a Patient that especially when a Patient has problems or need to talk to their Doctor?WOW!! His Staff some of them impolite. He needs to slow down and stop having so many patients at once!!!

I was called on Monday to meet with Dr Baez the next day (Tuesday) at 10:00 regarding my chest xray. I informed the girl that I already had another appt somewhere else at 11 and could maybe we conduct a conference call or maybe I could go in on Wednesday? I was told that no, Dr Baez doesnt do these appts over the phone and that he would be on vacation Wed-Fri. When I got to the appt, I waited between the waiting room and office for 45 minutes then didnt even end up seeing Dr Baez rather Gomez. He informed me that i could have just gotten this info over the phone. REALLY? BTW, I was late for my 11:00 apt. Was only my 3rd visit with this Dr and not sure if there will be a fourth.

Excellent! He treat my son with Alzheimer and dementia in a very difficult moment. He was able to stabilize my son with the right medicines and gave me great referrals. My son trust him. He is my doctor and my mother's doctor. He is excellent. People in the office is very good.

Soma medical is not a place to visit my experience was really bad after my doctors visit for more than 3 weeks they do anything to call my prescription into pharmacy. I drove to office myself and the said we do that now for another week I have been calling Walgreens and the answer no prescriptions were called in for you. Not good place at all . I need my $45 dollar back from you all . Terrible place to visit.

Great professional. Bilingual. He cares for his patients and their future in life. The location is Modern and well organized.

Found dr. Baez to be a terrific doctor very attentive has a good ear Soma care is always very busy but the doctors seems to have time for all of his patients to listen to their individual needs
