Thorough and Thoughtful
He is a very detail oriented doctor and the more details I can give him the better. He takes the time to actually listen to me and review labwork or x-rays and makes suggestions for what I can do for myself and what meds would help .

Happy
I'm happy because the visit wasn't me sitting in a waiting room for what seems like forever, and my medications are helping me feel normal again. I've been in pain for over a decade, to finally have relief it's a prayer that has finally been answered. Thank you.

Finally, a doctor that listened!
This doctor listened to my symptoms and concerns and took me seriously. He thoroughly examined me, ordered tests and provided appropriate treatment, follow up and medication. I'm finally getting proper treatment and he is working with me to figure it out. After 3rd appointment, I'm satisfied this doctor has me on the right track.

Compassionate and Knowledgeable
I saw Dr Bennett many years ago. I found him to be kind and caring. I was instantly made to feel at ease. I had just been diagnosed with RA and really didn’t have a lot of symptoms, I had already had few doctors tell me there was nothing wrong with me. I moved away but am in Mesa again and will call for an appointment. With so many offices in the metro area I am sure there are some glitches. In my opinion Dr. Bennett is a great doctor.

Worst Pt care when it comes to scheduling and answering the phone... I waited three months for my appointment, and the week prior to the appointment, Dr. Bennet canceled. The reschedule option was four months later... Really??? When you try to call, you will be on hold for at least 20 minutes or longer... OH, but they do tell you when the best time to call is so you can jump through their hoops...

I'm only choosing one star because picking zero isn't an option. Dr. Bennett's bedside manner is dismissive, rude, and condescending. He rushes through appointments and doesn't listen to patient concerns. - His appointment policies are an atrocity, plan to wait in a back room for at least 45 minutes - I tried to obtain labs only to find out they were never called in by his MA - No response to patient portal emails - His scheduler directed me to the wrong location; when I arrived 7 minutes late because I had to rush from one office to the other, they checked with him and he refused the appt despite the other location calling ahead to tell them what happened (I was forced to reschedule more than a month out despite having no medication) - You can spend hours/weeks waiting on his team for refills, labs, etc. - Demands his time be valued while devaluing the patient's time completely - The office marked an appointment I canceled in advance due to having Covid a "no show"

My first visit wasn't good. I thought he was arrogant and cold, but I thought I would give him another try so kept my second appointment. The second appoint was worse than the first. He read the notes from my first appointment on his computer in a mocking manner. I asked why he was minimizing what had happened to me in the past due to this PMR I have, and no apology, says he was just reading. He has not helped me other than refilling my prednisone and I have not intention of letting him be little me again, and I am not going back to see him or his assistant.

Dr. Bennett has always taken time to listen to my concerns and provide answers to my questions. The treatment plan that was developed and maintained has kept me active and able to do the things important to me. I greatly appreciate the care provided and the manner it has been delivered.

Omg! Stiff robotic absolutely disconnected from his patients! This clinic is the worst ever, rudest people and the least helpful they even told me that they don’t take my insurance and I had to call my insurance to handle it because they flat out lied!! And if God forbid your doctor decides to retire as mine did they assign you to another doctor without even consulting with you and they will never ever switch you because it’s a clinic rule!! I will be making some noise! Don’t bother with them!

Worthless. His nurse practitioner is a wet mop that is incapable of making a clinical decision. Couldn’t care less about the symptoms. Left the appointment with a pamphlet for a treatment regiment that would help, but she lacks the intelligence or stones to actually provide. Pawned off to another specialty, because she couldn’t be bothered. This practice is a joke.

This entire office is difficult to deal with. You will always have to wait at least 20-30 minutes. I discussed getting a certain kind of test during an appointment but was never contacted to set it up. I had to call and request it and then it magically appeared in my chart. They seem to be more interested in running their business than taking care of patients.
