Mostly fine
I think Dr. Iannuzzi made probably one of the rudest remarks a doctor has ever said to me. I went to him for a throat issue, and after that was all set and he asked if I had any questions, I decided to ask him about a nasal issue given that was also his specialty, to which he replied “Well, you came here for that.” You’re a doctor. Even if it wasn’t the original cause of the appointment, I’m bringing up a grievance with my health that you have to know something about, and you’re basically just telling me to f off?

Doesn't get worse
If there's a worse doctor, please let me know. Ralph Iannuzzi is the worst doctor I have ever experienced personally. In every appointment he spent less than a minute examining my nose and mouth. After each time he had a 'definite' answer. Problem is, he misdiagnosed every time, causing a problem in my surgery the first time and the second time. My nose is worse after two surgeries and Iannuzzi never followed up. Doesn't get worse, IMO>

I saw him once so far. He was friendly and helped me to clean ear wax. It was a bit harsh (and my ear bled afterwards) but I suppose that is ok. I can hear better now. I will soon see him for my sinusitis as well.

He was nice until he talked me into doing a procedure, and after the procedure he wasn't. I thought he had a bad day but on follow up appointments I realized that was no one-time cold-shoulder treatment. Two year out, and I am still suffering from chronic sinusitis. He didn't listen to my history (caused by a sinus infection), that it responded to antibiotics but didn't resolve, and that there were no new allergens. At the end he said I had polyps and should use allergy medicine indefinitely.
