OFFICE STAFF DETERMINES REVIEW
What stood out was how completely rude the office staff was. Been around a while and have never encountered this level of incompetence, hatefulness. They don't answer the phone. Will not call you back with test results. Will not call to make follow up appointments. Will tell you that you don't need to come back although the doctor told office & patient to schedule follow up. Called about test results for weeks and finally got the lady in records, who screamed out to the woman responsible with calling patients with results; asking if she ever called me back....?? I left this doctor without getting a diagnosis because I could no longer deal with these imbeciles.

Dr Teague is a wonderful physician. He listens, discusses issues, ask you your opinion in your care, provides data of why lab results are what they are, and explains his point of treatment. He is passionate about his patients. I have known about Dr Teague for over 25 years while working in the medical field of many specialty groups; he is always the endocrinologist they refer the patient to. His staff is wonderful! I have never had an issue. I am seen for hypothyroid diagnosis with a past history of graves disease with thyroid nodule. He helped stabilize my condition and give me back my "normal".

The doctor himself is a great doctor in my opinion, however his office staff and office manager are terrible!!!! I no longer see dr Teague Because his staff members are highly inconsiderate of your needs and your time. They try to treat you like a second hand citizen and I’m afraid dr Teague isn’t aware of half the problems people have with his staff!! But if he is aware and keeping them then I would fault him for that. Bottom line is his smart elic staff needs to seek other employment!!

I give Dr. Teague 5 stairs, he is great, but its the HATEFUL office staff that needs replacing, especially the tall one, I think her name is Sharon. She needs to go ahead & retire. I think she has some kind of a problem. I gave the office staff one star because I couldn't show 0. I am really considering finding another doctor. All because of that tall hateful woman & also what I have to go through just to see the Doctor.

The wait time to see Dr. Teague is pretty substantial. The past two appointments I’ve had, I’ve waited an hour to an hour and a half to see him. Lab and office staff are friendly and Dr. Teague is good. His reports could be shorter, which would also probably help with the wait times. Some people like to talk, but I don’t. Especially at the doctor, so if everything is good and I don’t have questions, the talking part should really last less than 10 minutes. With Teague, it’s more like 20-30.
