Unbelievable! Dr. Shetty is nice and knows what he is doing but the other staff are incompetent. Very sad such a a good doctor has bad staff running the office. It's a good thing he is retired now. I hope they retire too because another office is not going to tolerate their unprofessionalism. I requested my records 2 months ago and they never sent them. Now the office is closed cause he retired and no one will pick up the phone. Terrible customer service

I have gone to Dr Shetty for over 30 years! When I started teaching in a local elementary school ,which had tons of dust, I had seven sinus infections in one year! After being tested and finding out dust was my number one thing I was allergic to we began shots. Now I am retired and not in contact with as much dust and only need to go about every 5 to 6 weeks! Couldn't be happier with the doctor and his staff. Just found out now that on Medicare he is not in my network ugh! But they are so wonderful I am still going there for my shots until we run out of serum. I could change insurance or I could change doctors. I would hate to lose him as my specialist. I recommend him very highly to everyone!

I had severe allergy attacks for years. Went to Dr. Shetty, had testing and I am now getting shots every two weeks. Office staff is very friendly and helpful. I hate getting shots, but the staff is very gentle. I should have done this much sooner instead of suffering with allergies for 40 years.

Finally found a doctor who is helping me with my allergies...everyone in the office are professional, friendly and caring which I really appreciate....

Dr.Shetty and his staff are great..never a long wait time. Karen at the front desk is awesome. Marta and Susie are always pleasant and efficient

Terrific doctor and staff. Dr. Shetty is warm and patient, always willing to answer questions and never makes me feel rushed. Scheduling is efficient, so wait time is minimal. Allergy shots are done on a drop-in basis; I'm rarely there for more than five minutes. The staff is wonderful; organized, efficient and friendly.

Dr. Shetty's staff is wonderful! Karen at the desk is extremely helpful with my appointments and making sure I am scheduled when I'm not working so I don't have to take off, and Susie & Marta, the nurses, are very kind and gentle. I've been a patient for a few years now, and Dr. Shetty & his team have made all the difference in my life! My asthma and allergies are well controlled and I rarely get sick, which is a blessing! My only regret is that I didn't begin seeing him sooner. Outstanding physician, clean office, and a very kind team of professionals!

I've been a patient of Dr. Shetty's for five years. His care has changed my life. I suffered terribly with asthma and allergies for years, but after beginning weekly allergy shots and following his instructions, I am rarely sick, and when I am, it's quick and resolved without complications. I give Dr. Shetty and his team the highest recommendation and will be forever grateful I found him:)
