Dr. Raymond Germany Jr, MD

MD has a good disposition and “bedside manner”. However, after 3 visits and multiple tests in Oct & Nov 2023 he told us he couldn’t find any reason for the problem that brought my husband in. Set him up to be observed every 6 months. After continued symptoms and problems we opted for a 2nd opinion. In the meantime, he ended up in the Hospital with a severe Kidney and Bladder infection. Even after I called their office earlier in the week to see if he needed to go on over there instead of letting the local clinic handle the UTI. NO ONE called us back. I logged on to the patient portal and began reading the Md Notes in preparation for his upcoming appointment with another Urologist. I was SHOCKED to find He made all kinds of comments in the notes that he NEVER told us. Including that he discussed surgical options with us and “patient refused”. He made comments that looked like my husband was being non-complaint. We were NOT told ANY of this!!! Had we been aware my husband may could have had treatment and avoided this most recent hospital stay. I recommend getting your notes and comparing what’s written to what you were told in the clinic. We are VERY VERY disappointed in Dr. Germany!!

Becoming disappointed. I’ve had chronic UTIs for the past 16 months but also have major disc degeneration from my L4 to my S1. I’m scheduled for a third spinal injection in a couple of weeks. Dr. Germany wants to schedule me for a uretheotomy the next day. I’m checking with Dr. Sharma’s office to see if that would work. But I’m also concerned that nerve damage in my S1 is causing some of my UTI and stricture scarring issues. I also have RheumatoiArthritis that could easily be affecting the other two issues. I tried to talk to one of his nurses who called to schedule the surgery and has usually been nice and friendly about my concerns about what issue should be fixed first in the potential need of two surgical procedures and in all honesty, she was pretty rude about it, telling me she didn’t want to hear about all of that. I have multiple issues that could, and probably at least to some degree, related, to try and work together for my best treatment. Why won’t GC doctors work together?

He schedule my wife to have a kidney stone removed and i called the office to ask about putting a stint in and they told me for my wife to find another doctors he was no going to seen her anymore and she has a kidney stone needs to be removed that just tells me he does not care about patient,s he is a terrible doctor

Always professional; my Doctor at Regional Urology in Shreveport LA & now at Green Clinic. Highly recommended.
