Doctor is great. The staff is not.
Dr. Guinn has always been professional and listens well. However, over the last year there must have been a staff change. Wait times are now over an hour long for an appointment. It has taken them up to 2 weeks to call in a prescription or return a simple call. Her MA said she was requesting an updated prescription. 2 weeks later I called and spoke to someone else. It had never been processed.

I felt heard, cared about, and informed. Any concerns I had prior to my visit were put at ease by the time I left. Also, I never felt rushed, and that was nice.

Long wait, short visit, does not listen
Waited over an hour and 20 minutes past my appointment time. Front desk staff was not helpful. Dr. Guinn interrupted me several times when I was trying to explain my concerns, rolled her eyes at one of my questions, and then told me what she thought I was trying to say. I felt like she thought I was stupid and wasting her time.
