Dismissive of elderly
My mom is 92 and has blue toes. He performed a physical exam by feeling her leg arteries. He mentioned no further tests were necessary unless he needed to do surgery for gangrene. Apparently he thinks we should wait for that to happen and not do any other test or fix the issue. His report was fabricated saying she had no other symptoms. He never even asked her about the other symptoms that she does have. We felt like he dismissed her because ofher age. Time for a second opinion.

Rushed & Vague
Was spectacle that my pain was fake and didn’t evaluate any alternate possibilities. Also asked my loved one they weren’t at work yesterday instead of at the doctor. Instead of figuring anything out he brushed me off and tried referring me to another doctor.

I spent 10 mins looking for parking to get stoped by a man entering the upper level asking every single car why they were going to the upper level I made 5 mins past the “15 min window “ to be turned away but i kept trying to call meanwhile... there was only ONE pt. There the girl spent a longer time “asking” if i can be seen .Wait so you want to turn a New patient away than tell me “I’ll reschedule you” ummm Negative ill go to where im feeling like a pt. Not a time slot!

Spends little to no time with the patient. When complications occurred both Dr Wain and Winthrop hospital were more concerned with their own liability than with the health of the patient (my relative).
