Condescending and Profit-focused
Dr. Cho has been my OBGYN since I was a teenager. Recently, I saw another doctor as she wasn’t available and left the appointment crying because I had never realized that I could leave a women’s health appointment feeling heard and actually cared for- I have never felt that way in all my years of seeing Dr. Cho, and didn’t know there was another way. Dr. Cho would constantly gaslight me about symptoms, saying they were not as bad as I said, and was constantly condescending about my knowledge of my own body. Every appointment she pushed me to get an IUD insertion as birth control even after I repeatedly asked her to not ask me again (it was not as a treatment for any symptoms, just a birth control method). Later, I found out that the reason she was pushing it was because the practice makes so much money off of the procedure. Please never trust Dr. Cho’s consultation. I’m so happy I found out there could be another way to experience the OBGYN

I have been seeing Dr. Regina Cho since I was 16 years old (about 20 years). I find her to be incredibly knowledgeable and I appreciate that she answers questions truthfully. I saw some negative reviews about bedside manner and I think the bedside manner is being confused with her honesty and "telling it like it is". Which I personally appreciate! She delivers relevant information and has always been very kind to me.

Dr Cho is an amazing doctor, She helped me out and was so professional with her decisions. I am so lucky to have her on my list for doctor. Dr. Cho is so kind and listens to you.

Doesn’t listen and doesn’t care. Condescending. No bedside manner and obviously has no idea how insulting she can be. Or may just not care.

Regina Cho has by far the worst bedside manner and patient care. Went to see her for PCOS diagnosis and she found a polyp in my uterus that she told me not to worry about. Went for a second opinion at a different clinic and turns out it was cancerous!

Dr. Cho delivered both of our girls. She is very personable and saw me every appointment. Her office is very accommodating when scheduling. The thing that really stood out to me was that (while in labor for 39 hours), she followed my case and came in and delivered my first baby in the middle of the night even though she wasn’t technically on call. Pretty impressive and very much appreciated. It was so reassuring to have her be there for our first baby, as well as our 2nd.

I thought Dr. Cho seemed bothered by the questions I had during my visit. I didn’t feel like she really cared about me. I had to see her recently because my regular doctor was booked. It made me appreciate the regular doctor there I have seen for years.
