She is very rude and cold and does not listen to patients when they share concerns about medicine they may be taking.

I would not recommend this MD. We had 2 phone visits with her in regards to our teenager. She just recommend medication and ask us to read online about it! We had questions that were not answered. She was not a good listener. No empathy whatsoever about our concerns. She quickly transfer us to another MD when we discuss our concerns with the program director. Did not even thought about how the transfer to another MD may affect her current patient, which is our teenager. I normally would not write a negative review. I just want to warn other potential patients and hopefully the MD reads her feedback and make necessary changes.

Very friendly and compassionate MD. Kaiser generally doesn't have enough appointments but Dr. Menon is wonderful.

Worst psychiatrist ever. Not only could she not diagnose or treat my child but she put my daughters life in danger. This woman should not have a license.
