Last appointment he got angry and yelled at me. It was so loud his assistant immediately came in. Last two appointments he did absolutely nothing except to tell me when to come back. I have been seeing him for about 15 years. We always had a good rapport. I went home and cried. Looking for a new cardiologist.

I am a new patient for Dr. Desmarais and have not met him in person yet. I am awaiting my 5th phone visit with him. We are working on my very high, irratic blood pressure. I have given him involved blood pressure readings with notes over the phone. He was very receptive and not rushed. He listens intently and makes recommendations based on my diary. I think my condition is coming under control. I am due for another telemed call this Tue.

Dr. Desmarais is very knowledgeable and fixed my heart rhythm problem. He was very attentive and answered all of my questions about the medications, plus went over what to do if other problems develop. Very thorough and courteous.
