She is very informative and helpful. She communicates very well and explains very clearly. She takes all the time you need to explain your concerns.

Excellent staff that keeps you at ease. Dr. M-G listens carefully and explains options for treatment so that I can follow her advise knowledgeably. I addition she provides information about how to watch for side effects and changes in my condition that would warrant further treatment. Some doctors don't seem to respect aging patients and are condescending, Dr. M-G respects a patient no matter what their condition.

Dr. Marri-Gottam is a bright, caring provider of excellence in rheumatology. Her clinical and office staff are equally excellent and caring. I have been seeing Dr. Marri-Gottam since 2019. I initially became sick in 2016, and she was the one who figured out my diagnoses, and that I did not have myasthenia gravis, polymyalgia rheumatica, and fibromyalgia, but a cluster of other autoimmune conditions. I was initially referred to Dr. Marri-Gottam by my dermatologist after rash biopsy results indicated autoimmune disease. I was skeptical after my encounters with other specialists, but she was finally able to solve my autoimmune ‘puzzle’ and get me on the road to recovery : she properly diagnosed and began treating me for granulomatous arthritis, SLE, RA, and PSA after suffering for years from severe, improperly managed disease.

Dr. Marri was very reassuring. Made me feel at ease when I left.

I had previously been diagnosed with RA and was referred to her for a second opinion. She was very thorough, asked me lots of questions , explained a lot of things, narrowed down my issue to NOT RA! I kept asking my other doctor if it could be something else but she said no, I had been taking numerous medications for months. After seeing Dr. Marri I don't take anything and I have returned to work!

What would it cost me. I was surprised how helpful, understanding and kind. Not only did she acknowledge my concerns and offer direction. Worked with my primary doctor. Checked and double checked and thorough until she was satisfied on diagnosis. I would not hesitate to see her or refer her. Amazing how well I feel. Thankful! Truly Thankful! She is an exceptional Doctor.

Dr. Marri-Gottam is a very kind and respectful physician. I've seen many Rheumatologists as my work requires me to move around quite a bit, but Dr. Marri is by far the best one I have had. She genuinely listens to what I have to say and I never feel as though my concerns are quickly dismissed. She seems to be a very compassionate and caring individual. Would highly recommend her.

TRUE STIRY: I was 4 min late for my appt. Office staff never told her I arrived. After over an hour wait I asked what was up. Office staff finally noticed me and sent me in. Dr. Marri thought I WAS over an hour late so while I waited another 45 MIN in an exam room, Dr. Marri comes in, says hello and says, “You made ME wait so I decided to make YOU wait!” as she had an attitude already. I MADE NO ONE WAIT! I will never go back to a petty immature rheumatologist. No, she didn’t apologize either.

She's a nice doctor and listens to my concerns. However, her approach to treatment is very conservative. She does not think outside of the box and adheres strongly to textbook methodology. Very nice staff and easy to get in for appointments.
