I have been seeing Dr. Richardson about my sleep apnea for at least 18 years. He is just great. He cares about his patients and, yes, sometimes the wait is long. But Dr. Richardson takes as long as you need when he sees you. I am so thankful to have a doctor who is so caring.

Would not recommend going and seeing Dr. Richardson at all unless you like waiting in their waiting room forever. I have seen him three times now and each time have to wait over an hour in the waiting room, then up to 45 minutes in the room to see him. He is very nice when you talk to him but likes to tell stories more than talk about what you are there to see him about. Last time I was there the internet was out so they couldn't read my CPAP machine and said they would when the internet

He is friendly and seems to genuinely care. He is also both knowledgeable in his field and willing to refer to others if he believes that the problem surpasses his knowledge.

What a terrible experience!! I had a 1:45 appointment with Dr. Richardson and at 3:45, I was still sitting in the waiting room waiting to be seen by the doctor. I the experience very disrespectful of my time and would not want a relationship with a doctor who keeps his patients waiting for hours, there is no way to tell how long the appointment would have taken in its entirety.
