I'd recommend Dr. Braunstein to anyone! I am thrilled with the results of both my surgeries. My experience with Dr. Braunstein, his staff and the hospital was the best medical experience I have had.

It is a privilege to be treated by Dr. Richard Braunstein. Top quality expertise, wonderful communicator, explains everything in plain language, confidence-inspiring demeanor, gives patients as much time/attention as they need, successful outcomes. His office staff is uniformly helpful, informed, accessible. This is what medicine should always look like. Special mention and ultimate compliments for his optometrist Marta Fabrikowsky. It does not hurt that he is an avid skier, and that she is beautiful.

This is my opinion only. This doctor is so given to mood changes that he failed to properly diagnose the extent of my glaucoma, which now has affected my sight with a 90% destruction of the optic nerve, making blindness in one eye a reality. For myself and my family, he would never be called upon.
