Dr. Crousse was great. He was friendly, symptomatic, listened to my needs and explained my condition to me in detail. The scheduling office booked my appointment right before he was due for a surgery, which made him appear in a bit of a rush, but i appreciated him still taking time to see me and still have good bedside manners. It was my first visit and I feel good about Dr. Crousse performing my upcoming procedure.

No one never answers the phone in that office I had a procedure done,he didn’t write the qty on my prescription so the pharmacy and I called could never get a hold of no one,they never called to check up on me I had questions couldn’t get answered,also I was scheduled for a post op visit on a day he took off no one had the decency to call me and tell me anything I drove 2 hrs to get there very upsetting.

I was a Patient patient for 23 yrs ,he was a Dr.was Caring and had the expertise. Something changed in Nov 2013 on a 6wks up, something was different abt him.i was bleeding bad And the mass was back . He didn't know what to do and seemed off. My gut said something was wrong. HE ignore it,gave me wrong trmt.5mos later I had the worst surgery. I told him I was losing blood. He sent me hm where I blacked out causing swelling on my brain. I ended up in surgery needing 8 units of blood dying.
